WFSE Local 443 is custodians, forensic scientists, mechanics, social workers, attorneys, epidemiologists, highway maintenance workers, office assistants... More than 7,000 members doing hundreds of different jobs across Washington, all with one thing in common: a dedication to making our communities stronger, healthier, and safer through public service.

Local 443 is affiliated with Council 28 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), and the Washington State Labor Council (WSLC).
